yes, open guerilla, file, new, item_collection. Set the weight to 100, the respawn time to how ever often you want them ot respawn, and the item/equipment/weapon drop box section to your weapon tag.

there are some tutorials on halo maps that show you how to do that, but i am sure you can figure it out from what was told to you here
