any chance the person, who uploaded the models to Halomaps might be creating the textures? or is there a tool that can make UV wrapping mesh so i cant paint in the texture?

I'm not doing the textures. You have to unwrap them yourself. :|

3ds Max. There is no easy way to skin them.

They're also Not real Halo 3 models but rather based on.
