Rip the setinal tags and the guilty spark tags now give spark the setinal.weapons(or something) and it should have a setinal beam

I edited him, but he still appears blue, except the lights have been changed to red. I don't think changing colors unless it's a SPARTAN or Grunt likes me. <_<
