Make a copy of the gbxmodel (exit, I think, is the energy sword looking one)
change it's shader

do u have a bad graphics card cause i did and everything was must up, the spartans had white armour even if they had black. and the all had black visors. im good now though and i also used those teleporter and they worked fine for me.

You say you "fixed them up", meaning it couldn't find bitmap tags and stuff, right? Thats probably because you installed the tags in the wrong folder, and when you fixed them up, well, you didn't do it quite right
Try deleting them and re-installing, paying closer attention to the readme's instructions
