ok so my friend is workign on halo 3 weapons. hes got them mostly done. but he wont finish them till he has halo 3 skins. does any body know where or how i can find or get halo 3 skins and\or bitmaps?

You can't. You have to make them yourself or tell him to make them.

Theres a h3 tag pack that includes bitmaps for h3 weapons by tazz somewhere in the hce section. Most of them are good except for the pr.
