hey guys, I'm currently extracting some models from Halo 2 to make some scenery tags and some other easy stuff. Problem is, when extracting with entity it creates .mtl file and a .obj plus a texture folder. I was wondering how to use the .mtl (or whatever way it works) to apply the texture that come with it with proper UV and all. While tis is Halo 2 related, it's point is to create Halo items so i think it complies with the rules..

cheatsman is right, you should be able to import the material into the material editor and you might have to change the file path to where the texture is at or whatever. then just apply it to the object and the UVs should be set already.

no, you just have to press the button that says apply material to object and it should be fine.
