Some hints that may help:

1. Spaces in the folder names in your data folder for whatever you are compiling tend screw tool up (for gbxmodel compiling anyway).

2. This is for gbxmodels not bsps but it might help somone else reading this. If you have a gun in the folder: data\weapons\gun-name\models you have to tell tool to look in weapons\gun-name It will automacticly look in the models folder.

dont worry bout me on build-cache-file
just structure building
and if u got my prob
let the directories stay dont change them for ur own maps
and for editing maps eg wizard, longest etc
make the directory for the scenarion be levels\test\wizard\wizard.scenario
change the wizard part to ur map

you can have spaces in names, just quote the argument with spaces in it, like
tool structure "levels\test\my map" "my map"
that helps tool interpret it correctly, instead of
tool structure levels\test\my map my map, which has 2 extra arguments, "my" and "map"

Sometimes if you have a slow comouter like mine the output doesnt say anything besides couldnt read toolbeta.map for a couple minutes. Type a tool command and go watch tv for 10 minutes. If it doesnt do anything by then, somethings wrong.
