zomg im gonna make my first map. but i have a problem. where do i extract the tags to? i'm using civi ghosts, ATV And Segwart. i dont know where i put everything, if you help i will put you in credits for help.(iuf i do make the map).
EDIT: i Know Where To Put Stuff But Everytime I Try To Load A Downloaded Tag From Sapien It Comes Up With This Error:

It could be that maybe working with the HEK is just not for him. If he is truely giving up i highly doubt it's just from his tag errors.

I Mean I've Gave Up On The Map Cos I Just Suck At This Type Of thing. (i just discovered). so until i become better at this i'm going to stop making my map. the tags from HEK are fine and work great. but then when i put a weapon for example in sapien, in the list on hierarchy view, the list is empty
it only shows vehicles. thats not why though, its also because each time i want to make a map, i can only use tutorial, the rest appear to not have scenario files like blood gulch sidewinder etc.So like I Said, I'm Gonna Give Up Until I Cam Find Some Scenario Tags For The Other Maps.

HEK+, rip the tags from the maps. All you need to know.

Also, vehicles and weapons show up in different lists. Vehicles are units, the weapons will be in netgame flags as item_collections.

HEK+ doesn't work for me. it says theres no data/data.xml even thought its in.

Some people just seem to have problems with HEK. I never have, except for the problem with the window positions, but I've fixed that... I just don't play Halo enough to really work on it all the time, I just have so much free time lately that I'm getting back on the editing scene again... I'm sure that free time will disappear again in a couple days, and I'll be back to hiatus again.
