The next map is Mountain Cliff.
This map is mediocre. Kiwi, being a bird that can dig, likes tunnels. These tunnels are way too large. In the tunnel near red base the terrain is randomly raised to the point where you can't walk over it. There are no weapon spawns outside of the tunnels and bases. The bases are extremely open and the flags are easily taken by banshees. Why are there banshees here for that matter? The map is too small for banshees and the tunnels and bases don't provide enough cover as banshees can easily get you in them. The cliffs also look unnatural. One side of the map is completely unused and poorly designed. Overall a 5/10, not good but not bad either. Edited by Kiwi on Jan 10, 2008 at 07:04 PM |

dont care what rating i got im just glad it made the featured becuase it was my first map to get featured ever and it was my last box map ill be eer creating, map next is gonna get 8 or better

Nice topic here guys. I like seeing exactly what bugs some people in maps so that future mapmakers can plan on making better maps with better gameplay, blah blah blah.
How about you guys rate TLS Stronghold, Church, and Tactics? |

This map doesn't really need too much more said about it. Selentic got almost everything Kiwi was thinking.
The map also lacks weapon spawns and over uses the light beacon things. Also no sense in where the teleporter puts you. 4/10 |

Doggy even wound up spawning next to the Oddball he just dropped. XD Much to Kiwi's dismay... >] Overall, Doggy gives zis map a 8/10. It be good, but needs some work.
