I used TheGhost's model import to open the ghost model in GMAX.

So I added the "#defoliant spawn" and "#mwa" markers in.

I export it using his JMS exporter.

I open the listener... I copy everything in the listener and paste it into a notepad file.

I save it as a .jms file (I name it "ghost.jms") and I save it in my tags\vehicles\ghost folder

I run cmd (which is already in my halo ce folder) and type tool model vehicles\ghost

It just tells me couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'

Please help, or at least point me to a tutorial that will help me with this problem

you dont save a jms file in teh tags folder u save it in the data folder, run it throught tool and it puts the finished file in the same directory of the tags folder

Alright, I did that, but it still isn't doing anything...same message as before

I have it in data\vehicles\ghost

so I said tool model vehicles\ghost

>>>I just fixed it again (added the models folder)

I'll see if it works

>>>I tried it and I don't see the model in game. I think it may have to do with what parent I chose it as. Does anyone know if there needs to be a certain kind of parent to link all nodes to?
