I want AI to spawn ONLY by the console and i can make them spawn by the console but how do you make it so they dont start on the map? Please help

when you place an encounter, check the box, 'do not spawn automatically' ...its called something like that.

o yea i see that thank you. o and i have 1 more question. I want only 1 ai to spawn at each spawn point when i do that. but it spawns like 3 at each. how do i fix this?
