How do I load from the previous checkpoint in single player maps? I know how to start a level but not to load one.

I did that, but I downloaded only assault on control rooom and the campaign doesn't have a load option, even though I have saved the a.o.c.r. game.

Im looking for LOADING levels. Not starting or restarting.
