I was wondering when it would come up, but everytime i try and vote it refreshes the page and says you have already voted on the movie. Well I havent...a posible bug? firewall problem?

When you click the radio button for a rating it automatically submits the page then refreshes. Since you just voted on the video you can't vote again on that video. No bug - by design.

so its not one of those live updates that gives the average of what people voted?

Yes it is, but if you read the message on the homa page you would have seen that we don't show the "averages" until a number of people have rated the video. This prevents one or two people from skewing the results.
