ok like im wondering is there a possibility for a map to have scenery that acts like a meteor strike *not really meteors* like life pods coming down and hitting the ground and staying or like they hit the ground and blow up and only pieces are left

I remember seeing a life pod crashing into the map but it was a device machine i think. Anyways its possible to do it a sceney but you have to animate the impact.

The only missing file it the +sky file. Once I can get that to work Ill be able to use it. Open the device tag in guerilla. It will show you what needs to go where.
Actually you are right. I got it all in sapien but Im missing a file from a map called lockage that was never released. That basically was a waste of time.
Nevermind. I got it to work in sapien and ingame all I need is a collision model with the same nodes and I dont really want to do that. Edited by Nexus Halo on Oct 28, 2007 at 11:56 PM

You just have to open the model and device tags. All the red is what needs to be added. Just direct them to the location you have them stored at. Then you need to dowload a door named lockage. After that you need a collision model which I fail to make or find. When you get it it says the collision is the pelican but I linked it to my pelican and it didnt work.

Well you need that. Also the Pelican collision's nodes do not match the Pod so it wont work.
