Hello there, I've started working on a little project, called "enconstruction". Simplistic name for simplistic purpose. 16K polies for the BSP, I spent some time fixing errors that only appeared in tool( not in STL check) and then submitted it once more to tool. it starts building, tells me Z buffered triangle and nearly co planar face but keeps going until it gets to subclusters. It takes it a while but then it tells me cannot allocate subclusters. I have no idea what that would be... I searched and found nothing( actually only a couple unanswered threads.)
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply and forgive my answer delay, my grandfather died this weekend.
I was told the problem is I didn't portal my level properly.

I hadn't noticed this thread yet when I said that. I'm not positive, but i think z-buffereds and co-planars can cause cluster problems. Clusters are defined with portals. Even without portals, you have 1 cluster per bsp object

I'll post only as a followup: Building portals the exact way they're made in the HEK tutorial Will fix the problem
