You know that "error" where the game looses it's color and wont start anymore? Well I've usually got this error when I play it all day, but now I get it in only an hour of playing. What is going on!

EDIT: The error is, every now and then pieces of the screen loose color. Some "ok" buttons stop working. If you restart halo ce, you get a message talking about a problem with direct 3d.

something tells me your computer has some problems. I think it's just starting to die...... playing all day sounds reasonable (if your computer is not exceptionally great) but for only an hour seems.... wrong...... I guess it's just getting old and wearing out.

EDIT: saw your post... ok so you got it for christmas..... like last christmas?

How will that happen? I've had this pc since about 2004, and the problem started happening when playing it all day happened about a week before I joined.

EDIT: I think I have a good gfx card, the game runs fine with every setting on high, vysinc framerate, and 800x600.

If your's a piece of crap, whats the hard drive space? Like... one gigabyte? How badly does it run? Does it explode whenever you press ctrl? If so, thats my computer. Not.

Could mods be the problem? back on topic: I don't think my pc would die that quickly. It went from all day to a couple hours in one month.
