I've had a sapien error for about a week now. I am unable to open ANY map. I have tried reinstalling HEK+ AND CE. No good. Even my bloodgulch says I need .decal files for it to fix. Though I look in Tool++ and it does not have .decal available. I have used this forum's search feature for .decal in tool, but no good.
I've read tutorials for a while now for editing SP with where to put everything and such, but also no good with sapien.
