I almost always come across servers with 0 people on. If you leave a game, it closes down. How do you get 0 people on? Is this what a dedicated server is or something?

you spelled important wrong. and yes thats what a dedicated server is. nobody has to be on it, its always on.

but there are 100's that are always have no one in them. don't you think some people would eventually realize their dedi server is not being used?
