i dont know what happened, i was just opening sapien and it closed real quick, and it did it for every scenario i have, and in debug this is the error:
08.20.07 15:31:38 EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\memory\array.c,#130: index>=0 && index<array->count

im stumped, few people told me i have to reinstal HEK, but i wanted to see if there is another way first.

please respond

You have corrupt or missing tags that the scenario file wants. If debug.txt doesn't tell you which ones those are so you can fix them then you'll have to reinstall.

If you were ripping a scenario you didn't get everything.

Did you check your debug.txt at all? Its in your halo ce root directory. Also, what were you trying to do? Was it a scenario file that you made yourself or was it a ripped map? Posting that information would have helped solve this faster ...

If Sapien closes on its own the reason is always the following. Everytime.

You have corrupt or missing tags that the scenario file wants.

To find out what to fix:

Find debug.txt, open it, and delete all the text. Then save it. Do not delete this file ...
Next open Sapien and attempt to load your map. Sapien will close on its own.
Now reopen debug.txt, copy all of the text and post it here in the forums.

Try re-ripping everything out of rpb_beta4 map file. That was the only error? I was kinda hoping it mention tags it couldn't open as that would have been easier to fix... Not many people have posted about the #130 error so I'm not sure what to recommend.

Do you have Windows Vista or Dual Core by chance? Sapien does wierd things when it runs into those but there are fixes for it here on the forums I think.
