I don't always make shaders..

i have been experimenting with modeling in 3ds max, and i managed to create a map, it has the +sky material and the frame box, and the map was linked to the frame. so, i tried to use blitzkrieg to export the model into jms format, but i got an error and 3ds max closed, so then i tried bluestreak, and got another error, then i tried chimp and got the same error as i got with bluestreak. This was the error i got with bluestreak and chimp:



now what i did was go into prefrences and increase the memory, and no matter how high it was the same error still came up. so can anyone please tell me how to fix this error?

dont set it past 64, or max wont start up. put there and restart max.

i kinda went past 64.... >_> but i think i know why the error came up, but now that 3ds max wont start i don't know what to do, anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: i just uninstalled 3ds max and the installed it again, and it loaded till the window opened then it just closed. can someone tell me how to fix this?

i tried that and i couldn't find the MEMORY HEAP COLLECTION thing anywhere, so i even tried replacing it with the real default config settings and it still didn't load, so does this mean im screwed?
