I'm not quite sure, but I think it counts as technical. I have halo 2 vista and I can't make a LIVE account, when I try it takes me to a place where I fill out some information <my name birth date and etc.> then I submit the info then it says "Page not available." and I'm stumped.

i do for the gold also you can buy a xbox live card and it will work with games for windows live(sign in with you windows live account on xbox.com)
