this message appears in the debug.txt document every time i try to open up any scenario with sapien
i have tried to make a new text document named sapienbeta.map but that does not help either
i have no missing tags and no red text in guerilla,
i need help

it doesnt mater, all of us get that error. its just part of sapien, its not realy a error.

The Sapienbeta.map error is not the problem with sapien closing.
The reason Sapien is closing is there is something wrong with your tags.

might you know which tags are directly related to sapien?? if any. . .
anyway, i would also like to know if you had a problem like this when you first used sapien.

You with ALWAYS get that error. That is not why it's crashing. Start Sapien but don't open a map yet, then go to task manager and set the affinity of it to CPU 0.
