i need to know how (if it is at all possible) to extract the scenario tag for use and editing in sapien because i am too dam poor to afford 3DS max (or high speed internet so i cannot get trial either) so tell me if there is a program or something that directly extracts the scenario tag from another map or if it is possible to do with "Tool"

hek++ download that and a tutorial. it is very ez 2 extract scenarios.
