i dont know all of the equipment arbiter is doing. but i know hes doing the bubble shield. and maybe you are referring to the portable gravity lift, when you step on it it shoots you upwards.

i think he means the grav lift, because the man canon doesnt look like a pad. the lift sorta does.

bubble shield (u can go in and out but bullets wont go in!
trip mine: lay it on the floor, the next person will recive the boom
flare: see ppl defending the flag? when they open their eyes again the flag wont be there any more

brutes: tired of kicking grunts? now brutes will kick u
dual wielding elites: if u fear a zealot with a sword....then wait till u see one with 2...

well im still trying to make the bubble shield work at 100%....right now kind of works.....it can stop some stuff like a brute shot round but i have problems with other projectiles...................and yeah we are WAAAAAY more ahed than that guy...also as soon as they saw my vid the copyed the idea of using the C4 thingy for equipment..................and about the help now donut is helping us (yay) so if u wanna help then dont mind asking cuze i have to make like 17 more weapons...

Um...no, AR is almost perfect, Battle Rifle needs fixing, Bubble shield works but doesn't look like the H3 one, they haven't showed the spiker since H3T BloodGulch Alpha...(I think) Spartan Laser you can see at some points and the trip mine is fine, maybe a bit overpowered...
And what's this 'Plasma Pistol' That shoots like a sentinel...Oh right, that's from the ALPHA....That was his Spartan Laser alpha attack that he had to put on a plasma pistol....
You didn't even WATCH the video....
I'm sorry if I was mean but you judged him on the first H3T Blood Gulch he made...
