Ok, I am sure this has been thought of before (what I am about to say, not AI syncing), but I thought of the most awsome map barrier to keep people out of the map. If your making a map of an island, in stead of making player-clipping or a huge falloff, you could make Sharks! (or a Halo style shark, since there are a lot of wierd creatures on Halo) It would be pretty easy to do I think after you made a shark biped, but only if AI synced!!! Just imagine a noob that would go into the water and would be like, "Yay!!! Finally, a map that I can go camp in the water!!! And then when he got out to far, a shark would come ande eat him (nothing to violent or nasty), and it would pop up with the message 'Player was killed by The Guardians'"
 I guess you could still do it for a single-player map, but it would be awsome on multiplayer.  Edited by The Spartan on Aug 5, 2007 at 04:37 PM |

why would ai have to sync for that? or does it have to sync or one player dies but the other sees him standing there...
