do i download it here http://ghost.halomaps.org/bluestreak/gbxmodel/GBXModel_Importer_v2-0-0.ms? if that is the correct place how do i download it? all i see is a bunch of text how do i install/download it? also how do i make good stairs?

Open up windows explorer and navigate to where you installed 3ds or gmax and there should be a folder called scripts. Save it in there.
