You'd need some one with 3ds Max to convert it for you as I know of no other way that doesn't involve spending money.
I don't know MC's dimensions offhand but there is a reference model of him along with the weapons and vehicles I think somewhere on this site. Odds are they're max files though ...

i just gave up making my scenery because it was a 3ds tut nobody uses gmax so i can't make scenery because nobody makes gmax tutorials.

no actually those are not mine, H-guru put the reference models in that format so gmax users can import them without a script or anything. I have used them many times, they are all correct sizes.
