I downloaded the "Halo CE Multiplayer Maps Scenario Pack" from the website and when I try to open on in sapien I get the error shown in the link below. I'm pretty sure this will happen with .scenario tags from other places too, but I don't know where else to get them so I haven't tried.

just go get HEK+ and rip the scenario from the multiplayer map of your choice.
