Ya you can but it wont sync i think. You would have enemys runing in or by the cutscene unless you want it for a mp map you lan on.

Possible but very bad idea for any normal multiplayer map since you would get picked off at least 5 times.

I wouldn't try it... I doubt it would work, and even if it did, it probably won't sync.
