I can make this, so does many people who know him. His skills are more important than ripping and porting, but no one in this community can use custom models/concepts to port them...
I mean i follow grunt's opinion...
094 sorry to flame against you, but you're illustrating these faggots perfectly... and if they take you as example it will make a really pleasant atmoshphere.
And i dont want people who stupidly flamed to say they follow my opinion, it wouldnt be appropriate.

So, your going to put a character model which is probably floating around the 20,000 triangles area, in an engine which is designed to have a triangle count which is similar to the stock characters.

This is the exact reason ripping is bad. Why don't you use your common sense and optimize it if you are going to use it at all...

Hey 094, was wondering if you will (again) release these, once you get them to a releasable state that you are happy with?

I am sure there are a bunch of people who would really appreciate it, and it would be a nice addition to your other releases.

Don't know if he's capable of it.

It's in-game for a Biped. I positive that means he optimized it to some degree.

It's unedited. I almost never edit/optimize ripped models. I do know how to but I choose not to.

How do I rig a biped in MAX so that it export's to a .jms? I can't remember and no one I know on xfire seem's to know.

They have tutorials on rigging in the Ghosts Tutorials section.

I have a biped that is fully rigged and textured. I have a jms exporter. I don't know how to set up the biped to be exported.

Like with a BSP how you link the MESH to a FRAME.

I have problems with exporting everything. For example, I have an editable mesh bsp connected to a 'frame', but when I try to export it says there is no 'get' function or undefined.

First, link the mesh to bip01 pelvis. Then select all the faces on your mesh and choose the skin modifier from the list.
Add all the bip01 bones to the "add bone" list, and rig the biped.

Check to make sure every face has a valid ID and that all the IDs exist.

ai yi yi.... the model is FULLY RIGGED to a bone structure.

I was able to export it using the Bluestreak jms exporter but I can't remember what I had to do in order to export it properly.

If I try to jhust export it without making any change's it say's "to mayn actor's in scene" or somethign like that i think.

Link the mesh to bip01 pelvis and press export. That's how you get it to export properly.

You seem to be having fun goldkilla88, you get a cookie and to see two new screenshots, also I never heard of you before anyways or that team.


Will fix left hand, lower poly for a secondary gbx_model since Hunter and a few others want me to, and fix up the rigging on some parts of the area.
