Have you finsished halo 3 on legendary because the planet I think is the planet from the halo book ONIX were they create the new spartans and that may be the next halo game

I downloaded HEK from fileshack and as far as i know it successfully installed but i couldnt use MAX or TOOL the readme and manuals were no help either they just told me were to put the 4 dll's then i downloaded HEK from this website i havent gotten around to installing it yet but if there is any problems i will need help.
