the video was fine. i let it hang at the opening "Halo" screen for about 3 hours yesterday.

did that already..no luck. another recent event.. my monitor died so i just bought a 32" LCD tv. got no video at first. had to locate the video mode commandline. worked fine all week.. is anyone playing CE today/ yesterday? could the lobby server be down? anyone have any idea why my halo ce wont start up? played everyday until a couple days ago it just hangs at the first screen. last thing i remember doing is installing the deltaruins map.

I installed winXP x64 edition on my new athlon x2 machine but halo CE is running much different. audio is choppy and lagged and gun firing rates are speeded up alot. i suspect audio is a bios setting but i dont know much about bios settings. i had halo ce running minimized all day went back to play some but it was crazy speeds like a speed hack. i suspect an app called dosbox had something to do with that. i wasnt running halo in it just ran it while halo ce minimized and resting. any guides etc for halo ce in xp 64? |
