Hello. I've been using HCE for quite some time. Found lots of cool maps that i have enjoyed over the years. I'm on Windows 8.1 and i am having problems getting the game to open.

I downloaded the game from here: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=410.

  • I have applied -window and -console to the shortcut.

  • I have it running as admin.

  • When i check Task Manager, the program isn't opening nor is it a background progress



Suggestions on what to do to get the window to appear?
