Im getting this error when i open halo ce Dec 24, 2018 03:26 PM

Ok so here is the error. A window appears and it says: please login with administrator privileges and try again. But when i try to do that the game dosent run. i reinstalled it 4 times now and thats the seccond time i got it.  any ideas why this is happenig and how to fix it?
