I guess there is no problem with that, give me an IP and a port for a server using this and I'll show you the result :)
What is it? Have you tried on the given links?
There is lot of other tools, but you can host this one on your own webserver, tweak it, and the display is very simple. for example it was just what I needed for a LAN game, where the server couldn't be reached from Internet because of NAT/Firewall of my school.

I wanted to notice this community I bring a tool that extracts the informations from any Halo "1" server as its name, IP/port, version, amount of players, game type, current score by team or player and an image of the map, directly taken from the HaloMaps.org website!
