How to create/edit .bitmap files in Halo CE May 31, 2012 09:15 PM

Hi guys, I am trying to edit the red and blue teams' flag bitmap for Halo CE. Do I edit the .bitmap files or do I start from scratch and then use tool to create the .bitmap? If so what is the command-line. Thanks. |
