i open it and 3 seconds later it closes.. i have a windows xp and i dont know what to do plz help

well i have my map.jms on the folder y specify on cmd ive already done the bitmap but when i try to make the scenario it says it cant find the .jms map but it is on the folder ive olredy triyed changing the name. creating a new one but nothing happens plz help me!!!
