Kills, secretive, I don't think so
Try transparent shader, One Add Illum, Find a streaky illum bitmap, that should work. Like this except straighter lines. http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/1318/bloomgasyellowilum.jpg

there is, but in my early days of map making i tried using it with max 9 didn't work very well get max 8 and u will have no problems. I cant tell u how to get it on this website, google it. it's around.
the .ass exporter that came with halo 2 vista only works with autodesk 3ds max 8 or lower. get that and you will not have any problems exporting. Edited by Slaters Fury on May 29, 2010 at 07:47 PM

I'm having a problem and can't figure out how to fix it. Ok, I made some snow for a map and messed around with it and got it looking great, but the problem comes in when you're in the map and move around, the snow is moving by you way to fast. As long as you stand still it looks great, when you walk its like you're in a warthog, thats how fast the snow is moving by you. I've messed with every place in the weather file you can adjust anything and no luck. There has to be a place, maybe in another file, to slow it down, but i can't find it. Does anyone have a clue how to do that?
