what does it mean put a 1 or 0 after a dev command ive looked around but everytime i try and do a dev command it say it cannot be executed now i don't get it like here's an example cheat_deathless_player it say that on this list of dev commands but it also says you have to put a 1 or 0 some where but it dosen't say where help!

ive been looking around and theirs no actual guide that clearly explains im confused when everytime i try to type one in it says 'it cannot be executed at this time' or it says nothing at all could someone please explain also does anyone have a good list of actually useful ones because theres like thousands of [pointless ones help!
