Right click Sapien, click properties, go to the "Compatibility" tab and check "Run this program in Compatibility Mode for:" and then go to the drop-down box and click "Windows 95."

Extract the script to your desktop.
When you open 3ds Max, on the top-right of the window it says MAXScript, click that, then click "Run Script" and browse to the script.

I followed this tutorial:http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4148 and there's a problem... I used the chimp export thing and it said there was a problem... I checked the maxscript listener thing and it said "Chimp Error: Object 'gun' has an unknown material id. See Orange Error Geometry." for every object. Is there any way to fix it?

When I open up Sapien and load up a map, after it loads the map it closes, all the time.

Is there a fix for it or something?
