He brought up contingency in his own threads ever since I first him post in that Installation 01 project. He just hates it without any good reason at all. He even came on our forums if I remember correctly.

He is an immature child that can't be taken seriously and for that I lose every interest in a project in which he is involved.

The i01 team told me to do it so they do some stupid hype thing for ce3. Blame bean.
I am no longer on the team. Also i would like to mention again that thanks to everyones faggoty attitude, spam, etc, Me and supa have come to the conclusion that the best thing to do is cancel H4CE. Expect a tag release later today or tommorow.

This will be twice now in one thread I have to take issue with your self destructive and totally unfathomable mind set. First off I have no idea what a "faggoty attitude" is or if that is good or bad, but from the context of your post I assume you meant it in a derogatory fashion which is very small minded.

But beyond that, you are free to cancel your project or keep it going for any number of reasons none of which need explaining. However, if you really were invested in your project and not just looking for a way to boost your self esteem through the acceptance of people you don't know in a tiny little forum in the outbacks of the internet, then what they say or do in it would have no bearing on your project's status.

I guess what I am saying here is: For crying out loud, stop putting so much stock in what a very small number of misbehaved children have to say. Let em put this in context for you. This website gets over 9,000 unique visitors a day and you are letting 2 or 3 people you don't even know much less like determine what you do with your project??

And if that is not direct enough. then try this: Grow the hell up and get some balls. Screw what they have to say and just do your project!

Sorry for the late response on this one. There were alot of art styles pushed around when the team was formed. At one point it was even h2 styled. Some of the concepts are pretty old, the current art style can be best described as a reachified halo 4 style.. also, the hud will not be green in the final.

Not a whole lot going on in this thread, kind of seems like you got excited by the CE3 buzz that you couldn't wait to post this. Presentation aside, the Spartan concept in the last image is the best thing IMO.

This thing is all over the place. I'll start with the foregrip. Lose that part of the base it's hanging from and shift it upward, it shouldn't be farther down than the handle. Second, the gun would favor more with a bullpup approach than what you have going on. Right now, it seems like a BR you're trying to pass off as an SMG. Third, 2-shot burst fire? Even for the sake of trying to make it not like the BR, 3-shot burst is more common AFAIK and IMO is still the better choice.

If a small yet effective rifle is what you're going for, I'd say try to reimagine one of the more forgotten weapons (MA5K). That would fill the niche I think you want your gun to fill.

@Dante: Tri-burst is more common, but the realworld AN-94 features a two-round burst mode. It also has a lolhigh rate of fire in this setting, though, in order to improve the odds of both rounds hitting the same spot.

The weapon will be full auto with a low rate of fire.
and the same concept that has some spartan artwork has a simple update to the ma4d drawn.

Anyways, i guess its worth talking more about the gameplay, story is still in the works somewhat, so details on that are soon.

-3 weapons can be carried now. Your usual primary and secondary, and a machete that cannot be replaced (energy swords and other melee weapons CANNOT be picked up like h2 and onward.)

-There are 2 other spartans to help out. They have different roles and styles of combat.

-Visr is back, but it also works to give nav points and help out on objectives alot better then it did in the past.

I do wish you change your mind about the third weapon slot. At least let us replace our melee weapon with another of out choosing, I'm sure scripts will make it work.
