That was incredible, got the hair on the back of my neck standing on end...

Oh dear... I had my volume a bit loud.

My favorite part was him ambushing them. Damn, but people love emphasising the badassery of spartans.

Beautiful and nice, like all modern game trailers nowadays. Unfortunately does not represent the actual game... just like Believe and Halo 3.



Didact "scanned" the Chief and took a glimpse of his memory/past leading up to his encounter with the Didact (which did not happen in that manner in the actual game).

Can't. The game has packaged and ready to be released on the set date. In case you're not up-to-date, game has been leaked earlier this week.

Don't forget to make a Halo 4 wikipage with your own custom story!
Anyways, the trailer is of high quality graphically, but yeah, not a fan of the direction they took the series. Shame.

On a related note I heard Mass Effect will also be seeing a successor, which leaves me worried. Can't devs just leave good trilogies alone without milking them >_>

They better be prepared for some angry mobs.

well... his head and face... kinda lol

while the live-action suit at the end could have had more attention to the details (ew, yellow-green visor) the story-driven tale of his past was nicely done, as well as the suiting up scene (even though that's not how it works) and the ambush (even though more detail could have gone into making the prometheans more lively and less zombie walk-ish). should have shown him in the spartan IV armor with his buddies from the book, that would have been ground-breakingly awesome~

in the books, he's bald, scarred, and around 20-30 years old with a face that's been flash-frozen and thawed multiple times. I doubt he would have been pretty :P

Cryo sleep doesn't seem provide the same things as normal sleep,in Spartan 117's case.

I actually thought he was black before I read the books. I was extremely dissapointed; that would've been an awesome look.

NOT THAT derp LOL.. When he was being suited up and shizz, and as a kid and... meh dont even need to explain..
The skull is obviously the Promethean whatevers from that e3 footage. so if i thought that was the chiefs face .. no.. just no.
