What Caboose is referring to is what happened to Halo 2 Vista.
WAY too much power needed to run an average-graphics game.

Or GTA IV? You need way too much for that. Think about what an Xbox 360 has for processing power, then what some people need to run that smoothly.

meaning, youd ACTUALLY need a GOOD pc to play reach PC!!! ZOMG!

what do yall expect, th be able to play reach PC on a computer as good as the recommended requirements for halo CE?

I play Halo CE on a 7 year old Dell Inspiron 8600, with a 1.6Ghz Pentium M, and a 128MB ATi Radeon 9600M, that unfortunately died yesterday. That managed to also play COD4 and TF2, albeit at low graphics settings. And I have a modern build in progress, so that isn't what I'm complaining about. I know what a low power PC is, and what you can get out of it.

You are only limited by your creativity. Look at the Quake series... how many people still mod and play that game.
