there are so many people making a sandtrap. last one I played was by CLSgrunt. but i dont know if he's still wkin on it. anyhow. i can say i that narrows is all complete except for workin mancannons and a biped wth my texture. HDoan will have those done tonight or tomorrow. expect a trailer late next week! here's a little something to help you realize the lengths i have gone too to make this map playable... the dark grey silloet is the bsp, the the white/light grey is scenery. and there is STILL some clipped edges. ;)

no. the bridge is gonna stay the shotty's home. We'll also make sure the rocked doesnt spawn too often. its a real game killer.

One thing halo 3 weapons in halo ce are missing are accurate sounds. Luckily I found a guy on the 405th forums that has recorded all halo 3 weapon sounds. His name is mustang2500 and he released them so pepole could do whatever they want with them. Trust me these are the best h3 recorded sounds and they don't have like footstep sounds or gameplay in the background. Wow, these do sound better. The ones I found were good, but this pack even has vehicle sounds and that would be a major addition to the maps.

you could put a trigger on the lift, then script it so you enter an invisible vehicle, then make the vehicle play a JMW animation that has the arc effect. then once you reach the other side, you exit the vehicle. Just give it a "empty" enter & exit animation so it isn't noticeable. :)
