Quote: --- Original message by: halopro77Quote: --- Original message by: Roflcopter Why isn't the water a flat plane? it is. it probably looks un even because of view. wire frame: NOTE!!! I used turbo smooth. I think that may be the problem. I have a copy of the model with no turbo smooth and its like 300 polygons. the turbo smoothed one is 18k. I added portals but still doesn't get past tool. I used turbo smooth with 2 irritations. 1 irritation is like 9 k. Edited by halopro77 on Oct 17, 2009 at 08:16 PM That. Is. Too. High. Poly. Use optimize or something! The main part that needs fixing is the tops of those hills. It looks like a flat gray plane there are so many polygons there... That is a ridiculous amount of polys for a joke map. Plus, one of those hills looks like a spiral. hows it look without turbo smoothing.

Where are the bases, structures, points of interest, landmarks, ANYTHING?!?!? Obvious trole is obvious. Oh, yea. Don't use turbosmooth. Take it out and mess with the smoothing groups :) Edited by SiMuLaCrUm on Oct 18, 2009 at 02:49 PM
